I know nobody wants to read this summary because all everyone is talking about is the August 5, 2021 meeting but I have to write it for the sake of completeness.
Commissioners Gohagan and Williams were present.
There were only a few people present at the meeting besides Camden County employees. Camden County Guerrilla media re-arranged the chairs, checked the Nathan Hotline for a dial tone, took video of the meeting and provided free coffee and doughnuts. This is a summary of the meeting.
The only agenda item was for the Recorder of Deeds bid approval for a new plat cabinet. They’re running out of space to store plat maps in their current cabinets. The only bid was for $9,577.22. The last one they bought was in February of 2018 for approximately $8,800. The commissioners approved this unanimously.
